Embroidery is the art of using different colored threads sewn on to a base material to form a pattern or design. Our machines are loaded with 100% polyester thread. Polyester is a durable and fade resistant thread that will keep your logo looking great for years even outlasting the garment itself.
Puff embroidery traps a thin layer of foam under the embroidered design. This gives the embroidery a raised look. Puff works best with blocked shapes and rounded corners. It is not an ideal choice for small or complex designs but does creat a dramatic effect when used properly.
Screen printing makes the use of heat cured inks and treatments to provide a soft to sometimes rubbery feeling design on the surface of your garment. Screening is a great choice for materials like t-shirts and fleece that are susceptible to puckering from the embroidery process. Our ink selection is second to none. We can custom match your company colors, as well as we have inks that glow in the dark or shimmer with metallics. We also have access to specialty puff inks and are trained in the mixing of ultra soft discharge inks too.
Our heat seal numbers come in a variety of shapes, sizes and colors. These durable numbers are made from a special Thermo-Film that is washer safe and works great on 100% cotton, 100% polyester or combinations of the two. We also have available a selection of 3M Scotchlite reflective material for safety wear.
