Q. Do you have minimums?
A: Yes, we institute a 12pc minimum order. Due to the nature of the screen printing process and embroidery digitizing and the setup fees involved, orders smaller than 12 pcs are just not economical to produce.
Q. What is Digitizing?
A. Digitizing is the process of taking your company logo and converting it to a file that an embroidery machine can read. The final output file type is a .DST file.
Q. What file formats can artwork be supplied in?
A. Momentum Apparel will accept the following file formats. .pdf, .ai, .eps, .gif, .jpg, wmf. Keep in mind the clearer the file the better the final production will be.
Q. My company does not have a logo, can you create one for me?
A. Yes we have our own designer that will take your ideas and create your corporate image for you. Please phone for more info.
Q. How long before I get my goods?
A. Most in-house orders are completed within 10 business days of your final approval. Over seas custom orders can take as long as 8 weeks.
